Service scope & compliance statement
Tech-Key provides technology project management, workforce deployment, technical assistance, administrative support, and related services. Certain project activities may be subject to professional, occupational, trade, contractor, permitting, or other regulatory requirements depending upon the scope and jurisdiction. Where applicable, regulated services are assigned or performed within the appropriately licensed or authorized project structure.
Our role
Tech-Key LLC provides technology project management, technical workforce sourcing, technical staffing and deployment, field-resource coordination, scheduling and dispatch administration, project administration, technical assistance, documentation management, field reporting, knowledge capture, and project closeout support. Tech-Key finds, coordinates, deploys, and manages the technical talent and information needed to support client-managed technology projects.
Licensing and regulated scopes
Tech-Key does not represent that it is licensed to perform regulated trades in every jurisdiction. Where projects require specific professional, occupational, trade, contractor, security, electrical, low-voltage, or other licenses, Tech-Key coordinates resources with the appropriate qualifications and credentials, subject to applicable jurisdictional and client requirements. Nothing on this website — including the use of the TASK™ service name — creates an exemption from any applicable licensing law or regulatory requirement.
Workforce relationships
Technical resources participating in the TASKforce may be employees, independent contractors, or independent firms. Independent contractors and independent firms are not represented as employees of Tech-Key. Credential and license verification is performed as requested by the client and as appropriate for the assignment.
